Disability Access and Inclusion Plan

Disability Access and Inclusion Plan

We appreciate the opportunity to work with small ethnic groups here in South Australia. With great support from The Department of Human Services (DHS), Department of Child Protection, JE Community Services sharps its direction to provide cultural and person-center support to children and young people living with disabilities under guardianship of DCP.

Our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) is outlining our plan and action for improve quality of life for people with disability who we work with. DAIPs are to align with Inclusive SA’s key priority areas, and State authorities are required to report against the implementation of their DAIP actions annually.

We are the front-line taskforce to work directly with those vulnerable children. We commit ourselves, at our best capacity, to create a safe and nurtured environment, support fairness, opportunity, and choice for all children under our care. We also seek for internal and external resources to make sure our operational actions bring meaningful changes of all children under care, to achieve for their best potential.
