Giving Back to the Communities That Shape Us
JE Community Services is a not-for-profit organisation with strong roots in the local Vietnamese and CALD communities. Beyond our residential care work, we support initiatives that raise awareness, reduce stigma, and strengthen community connections — particularly for families navigating disadvantage, disability, or out-of-home care.
We believe that culturally safe care starts with culturally strong communities. That’s why we take part in activities that support inclusion, encourage community leadership, and give voice to people who are often underrepresented in the system.

How We Support Children, Families and Cultural Communities Outside the Home
As a not-for-profit provider, JE Community Services takes an active role in strengthening the communities around us — particularly for Vietnamese, Indigenous and CALD families navigating the child protection and disability systems. Our work doesn’t stop at the front door of our care homes. We also support the broader wellbeing of families and communities by building awareness, creating connection, and offering practical help where it’s needed most.
